sorry I have no idea what this is called but here it is!

I have this lego set but then I dropped it and then BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It fell down so any way it comes with these characters!

I could not find any other picture but this one! hahahahahahahah it has a hose behind it! so yah!!!
